Ricky is one of the recurring characters in Outer Banks. He is portrayed by Ian Gregg.
He is an EMT and weed dealer living in the OBX.

Season 2[]
JJ plans to get John B out of jail by pretending to be an EMT. He tells John B to pretend that he got hurt and had to be picked up by an ambulance. JJ asked Ricky to help him out, but Ricky refused because he didn't want to get in trouble. JJ stole the keys to the ambulance anyway.
Later on, when Pope got stung by wasps and had an allergic reaction to the stings, JJ convinced the group to go to Ricky as he was an EMT and would be able to help Pope.
Season 3[]
After Kiara is forced to go to Camp Kitty Hawk, JJ tries to find her and gets the name of the camp from Ricky, revealing that Ricky himself had once been forced to stay at the camp by his father.

JJ is Ricky's cousin. He occasionally sells weed to him and John B. JJ stole his ambulance once, and Ricky once saved Pope's life.
Luke Maybank[]
Luke is Ricky's uncle. It is unknown on which side of the family they are related.

Ricky has short, curly dark brown hair, a dark brown beard and brown eyes. He is 5’7” in height.
