Michael "Mike" Carrera is one of the minor antagonists in Outer Banks. He is portrayed by Marland Burke.
He doesn't like the Pogues and calls them greedy pelicans and trash. He and his wife want Kiara to have friends who have money like them. He doesn't like that the boys get Kiara into trouble a lot and thinks that Kiara stole his car because she is influenced by the boys.

Mike only appears briefly when he tells Kie that she's not welcome anymore as long as she is with JJ. Later, he helps the Pogues escape the police by tackling a police officer who tries to shoot JJ.
