Kevin Ratter is a minor antagonist in season 1 of Outer Banks. He is portrayed by Brad Ashten.

Ratter, along with Cruz, were both after the Royal Merchant. While looking for a compass, they ransacked John B's house and Lana Grubbs's house also. They were both murdered by Ward Cameron.
