Kelce is a minor antagonist in Outer Banks. He is portrayed by Deion Smith.

Kelce hangs out all the time with Rafe Cameron and Topper. He even finds John B in his house during the manhunt for John B and he locks him in his laundry room.
Physical Appearance[]
He has short dark hair, and a matching set of brown eyes. He also has a deep complexion and is seen wearing polo shirts, khakis and regular t-shirts. He is buff and quite athletic for his age and he likes to hang out at the country club and the gym as he is from Figure 8.

- He was punched by John B when Kelce asked him if he'll kill him the same way he killed Sheriff Peterkin during the bonfire, which is what began the fight in the said episode.
