Carlos Singh is one of the two overarching antagonists (alongside Chandler Groff) of Outer Banks. He is portrayed by Andy McQueen.
Carlos is a Caribbean Don who is intelligent, refined, and ruthless, and is out on a treasure hunt of his own.
Throughout the Series[]
Season 3[]
Carlos Singh is on a mission to discover the treasure. He pays his men to lure the Pogues to him so that he can make them help him find it. They evade him except for Kiara, who gets kidnapped by a pilot. She eventually escapes.
Carlos and his men go on the run after The Pogues, trailing them step by step, hoping that they will find the key to get them the treasure. Carlos is ruthless- not afraid to kill or shoot anyone who gets in his way. Eventually, he captures Big John.
The Pogues go down to South America where Carlos Singh is. They get Big John back by staging an attack with fireworks on the house where Singh has Big John held. After traveling up river Ward tips Singh off via sms to go to the dig-site and he shows up. Big John refuses to tell them the gnomon translation so Carlos points his gun at them.
Singh fins the blood trail of Big John and follow him into the cave that is the entrance to El Dorado. Big John threatens to set off a stick of dynamite if Singh hurts John B. He throws the dynamite to let John B and Sarah escape. The cave collapses around Carlos Singh.

Carlos is is intelligent, refined, and ruthless.
Death[]
In Secret of the Gnomon, he was blown up by a dynamite stick that was thrown by John Routledge. He could have escaped, however, his greed to finding El Dorado let him to picking the stick up, it detonated shortly after. Since it blew up in his hand, he is presumed to be deceased.
However, there is speculation that Singh is still alive, because there was no shot of his dead body or the aftermath of the cave. This is unlikely however, because the dynamite stick blew up in his hand.

Carlos has short black hair and a full beard. He dresses in expensive suits f light color.

Trivia[]
His ancestors were taken from India to do slave labour for Spanish colonists in South America. Many died on the hunt for El Dorado and therefore Singh feels like it is his destiny to find the city of gold. He doesn't care about the gold itself, he just want to find the place that many of his ancestors died for.
